Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

For UK orders

Your order should arrive within the time shown above after it has been shipped.
Delays can happen because of the delivery company, weather, busy periods, or address problems.

For US and Canada orders

Delivery can take longer because of customs and local postal services.
Your order may be charged extra fees, taxes, or import charges when it arrives.
These charges are paid by the customer unless we clearly say otherwise at checkout.

Please check your address carefully

Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If the address is wrong or incomplete, your order may be delayed or returned.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Tracking

If tracking is available, we will send you the tracking details after your order is shipped.
