Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Original packaging must be included

If you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the Product

  • Photos of the Packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store Credit

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Where the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by Amorove.

For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
