CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

 


 

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

How To Request A Cancellation

Please contact our support team and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Email Address

  • Reason for Cancellation (Optional)

Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 


 

Refund For Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
